I'm back with another mealprep video! This time I am making some dishes for my meals - kangkung veggie and long bean omelette. I also prepared some blanched enoki mushrooms for freezing (but I didn't film a shot of the frozen enoki) as well as my fruit of the week, which was guava. I eat this pretty much all the time.
